Somewhere between “that was fast!” and “worth the wait.” Every project timeline depends on its scope and details (and how many surprises your house has hiding behind the drywall), but we’ll give you an honest estimate upfront — and real updates along the way.

Every project is different. Once we know your scope and goals, we’ll give you a clear, detailed estimate and timeline up front. Upon acceptance, we ask for 25% of the project total to get the project scheduled. Additional payments will be made along the way as the project starts.

Because life happens (change orders, lumber prices, random studs in old homes)…yes. We recommend you budget at least 10% extra - both in money and time - for all surprises. Best case scenario, we hit our estimate dead-on and you’ve saved a little extra for something fun. Not like we aren’t fun.
